Cut-Rag and processed tobacco
The converting units used by our group, with its premises and plant are all fully licensed and with own brands.
These production primaries are situated in Italy, India and Moldova to produce cut-rag according to customers’ specifications and supply needs.
We convert into cut-rag our own tobacco blends as well as blends supplied by customers with width ranging 0,2 – to – 6,0 mm with option for long, medium or short fibbers.
The requested precise moisture will be added when packed in 20 to 25 Kg cartons or in C48 with Polypropelene inner lining of 60/100 N.Kg.
We can add as requested precise quantities to the process of expanded stems, fines, casings and flavours.

Naturally, for every crop, changes occur in the harvest, due to weather-related fluctuations in the raw tobacco and because the market drives the price to new heights it is very difficult to maintain the product constant without keeping large stocks as we do. These large stocks we can rely on guarantee you our continuity.

Our Blends
Flavoured mixtures account for the lion’s share of cigarette cut rag tobacco sold in the EU. Many smokers give the preference to American Blend, and they are accordingly strongly represented in our assortment. Others might prefer natural tobacco of an English style Blend and its unadulterated Virginia taste. We have always given the non or lightly sauced tobaccos a due place in our range, according to customer requirements including Oriental blends. We have also a proven experience in spiced or fruit flavoured Blends.

Our processing rates are extremely advantageous and competitive even if you add the transport costs.
We are capable to handle very large supply capacities as upon agreement, we can organize to convert small batches of trial runs; our regular minimum order is of 20.000kg at the time. We can arrange just in time deliveries.
